Registered Massage Therapist
Carley grew up in the Lower Mainland and relocated to the Okanagan in the spring of 2020. She developed a passion for anatomy and fitness at a young age. She enjoys being active through yoga, hiking, and training in the gym. She graduated from Okanagan College of Massage Therapy with honours in July 2023, where she had
the privilege to speak on behalf of her class as Valedictorian.
She is committed to providing safe and effective care by utilizing proven and innovative treatment methods, including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Active Release Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and Relaxation Techniques. She believes proper orthopedic assessment, patient education, and home care are integral to a successful treatment plan. Therefore, she implements these tools into her everyday practice. Through her caring and compassionate demeanour, Carley provides a safe space for her patients to heal and reconnect with their bodies. She looks forward to broadening her skills through continuing education courses throughout her career to provide her patients with the best care possible.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being out in nature, listening to music, cooking, and travelling.
Fun Fact! Carley was a Flight Attendant before switching career paths and has travelled worldwide, visiting over 30 countries!
