Pain & Injuries

Do I need a referral? No, you can book directly.
Is physiotherapy covered by insurance? Most extended health plans provide physiotherapy coverage. Check your individual plan for details.
Is pelvic health physiotherapy covered? Yes, it is billed the same as physiotherapy.
Is an internal exam required? No. It is never mandatory and only done with your consent.
What should I wear to my appointment? Wear something comfortable that allows you to move.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need? It depends on your goals, symptoms, and the condition being treated. Your physiotherapist will give you a clear plan after your assessment.
Do you offer IMS or dry needling? Yes. If appropriate and aligned with your comfort level, your physiotherapist can offer dry needling/IMS as part of your treatment.
