    How does this process work?

We’re glad you asked! We start by getting to know you — what’s been going on, what’s bothering you, and what you want to get back to.

From there, we complete a thorough assessment to understand the root of the issue. In most cases, treatment begins right away, so you can start making progress from your very first visit.

You’ll leave with a clear plan that includes next steps, exercises, and guidance tailored to your goals. As you continue, we adjust your treatment based on how you’re progressing, so you feel supported every step of the way.
