Leslie Spohr

Leslie, a native of Kamloops, spent her early years immersed in competitive soccer. How her current routine revolves around chasing after her young children and two Australian Shepherds. Whenever possible, Leslie and her family enjoy outdoor activities in the picturesque Okanagan region.

With a wealth of experience as a physiotherapist, Leslie finds fulfillment in addressing various musculoskeletal conditions, guiding her clients towards a sense of normalcy and the ability to regain, and maintain, an active and healthy lifestyle.

Leslie earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2008 before relocating to Penticton in 2014. She achieved Level II certification in manual therapy through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2009. In 2010, Leslie added a Certificate of Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute to her credentials. Seeking advanced manual therapy education, she obtained a Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through Manual Concepts in Portugal in 2012. Leslie furthered her expertise with courses from the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada, Mulligan Concepts, and Evidence in Motion. In 2013, she became certified in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and underwent training in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
