Calista Stafford

Calista grew up in the Okanagan where she had a very active lifestyle competing in jump rope and fastball. Through sports related injuries, Calista developed her passion for therapeutic massage. Graduating from First College in Kelowna in December 2022, Calista studied treatment techniques including, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and focused relaxation. Calista’s calming personality and therapeutic skills attracts people to reach their personal health goals. Outside of the clinic, you can find Calista spending time with friends and family, hiking or relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Penticton!
